This is the beginning of the Eli series.. quite a big series. I love it. I met Eli at a club, I stole his toy gun and held it as ransom until he would let me photograph him ... didn't really know him at the time of this shoot.
He has now become a very close friend.. he is an amazing writer and poet, and I'm lucky to have met him.

He still hasn't gotten back his gun.. :wink:

very artsy. reminded me of an andy warhol print, with the bright red and strong contrasts. this is a great piece of color.

He's so pretty, you did well in picking him out for a model! Wonderful photo, I can't wait to see more from the series.
The contrast between the red and black here really does look fiery. Beautiful. :D
